After breakfast transfer to Tashkent railway station, departure to Bukhara (fast train “Afrasiyab” (07:30 am.) You can discover heart of Uzbekistan along the way: cotton fields, wheat, and part of the Asian central steppe and the Syrdarya River (the largest in the country). Arrival in Bukhara at 11:20 am. You are met by Masuma Tour guide and transferred to the hotel. Hotel check-in. We start our tour to the land of 7000 saints. We start our pilgrimage to Seven Sufi scholars of Bukhara. Interestingly all them are located outside of Marvelous Bukhara. Our first destination is Hazrat Abdul Khaliq al-Ghujduwani (the founder of “khodjagon” Sufi branch) 40km far from city centre then we visit to Hazrat Arif ar-Riwakri in Shafirkhan region (50 km). Lunch in local chaykhana (traditional café). After rest, we continue our tour and visit Hazrat Mahmud al-Anjir al-Faghnavi then we drive to Rometan region to visit the burial place of Hazrat Abu Ali Ar-Romitani who was apprentice of Khoja Mahmud Anjir Fagnaviy. Rest and dinner. Overnight in Bukhara.
Breakfast. Early in the morning, we start our second day pilgrimage by visiting to the burial of Shaikh Akhbor Vali that is located in Kagan district. Continue to Sammas village in the suburbs of Rometan the tomb of Shaikh Muhammad Baba as-Samasi (q), the distinguished student of al-Azizan, was the Scholar of the Saints and the Saint of the Scholars. Lunch in chaykhana. Afternoon we visit to burial place of Seventh sufi scholar Imamu Tarikatti Shaikh Mukhammad Bahau-d Din An Nakshbandi al-Uvaysi al Bukhari (the founder of “nakshbandiya” branch) in Qasri Orifon village ( 10km) Continue our tour to the Mausoleum of Aby Khafs Kabir in Chor –Bakr Necropolis. Rest and dinner. Overnight in Bukhara.
Breakfast. Start our tour from Architectural complex Poi-Kalyan means «Foot of the Great» including Madrasah Miri-Arab, Minaret Kalyan And then continue our tour to Amir-Alim-Khan Madrasah, Ulug-Beg and Abdul Aziz Madrasahs as well as Registan Ensemble . Lunch and rest. Afternoon we visit to Ark Fortress and Bolo-Hauz complex. Taqi (trading domes), Kukeldash Madrasah, Lyab-i-Hauz, Nadir Divanbegi, Magoki Attari. Overnight in Bukhara.
In the morning departure to Termez (L=380km). We start here with visiting the Mausoleum of Hakim at Termiziy. Lunch and rest. We drive Shakhrisabz through Kitob where we visit Mausoleums of Sheikh Darwesh Mohammad as-Samarqandi and Mohammad Imkanky. Then we continue our tour to Omar Sheikh Mausoleum and the Dor-us Siyodat (“repository of power”) memorial complex of Timur’s eldest son, Jakhongir. After rest, we visit A. Timur’s great palace”Ak Sarai” (White palace). Overnight in Shakhrisabz.
Breakfast. We departure to Samarkand. First, we visit to Hartang the holy place and burial side of Hazrat Imam Muhammad bin Ismail bin al Mughirah al-Bukhari (RA) who selected as “flawless” more than 7400 hadith to include into the famous “As-Sahih” which is important book after the Koran among the majority of Sunni. Then drive to the Makhdumi Azam (Akhmad Khadjagi bin Djamalad-din Kasani Dakhbidi (RA) Sufi philosopher, and a descendent of Hazrat Ali. Rest. Overnight in Samarkand.
Breakfast. We start our pilgrimage visiting the Ensemble of Khodja Ubaydullah Akhror Vali, He was the leader of the Sufi order Nakshbandiya. Then continue to the memorial complex of Khoja al Mansour al Matrudi, Burkhoniddin Margiloni, and Bibi Khanum Mosque (biggest Juma mosque) Lunch. After rest we visit Shakhi Zinda Ensemble (in Persian – «The Living King”), where you can see the tomb of Kusam Ibn Abbas (a cousin of the Prophet Muhammad s.a.w), and more than 20 buildings from XI and XIV cc. We continue our tour to Hazrat Hyzr Mosque. Dinner at local chayxana. Rest. Overnight in Samarkand.
Breakfast. We continue our tour by visiting to magnificent Registan Square, surrounded by its three breathtaking madrasahs, the madrasah Ulugbek (XV c.), the Sher-Dor madrasah (XVII c.) and Tillya Kori with its golden mosque (XVII century.) After that we continue our tour to the Mausoleum Gur-Emir (Emir Temur) (Persian “Tomb of the King”) Rukhabad Mausoleum (1380s). Lunch. Then we move to the other part of city and visit to Mausoleum of Khoja Daniyor (St. Daniel) (XIV, XX cc.), revered by both Muslims and Christians and Jews and last destination for that day is the Observatory of Ulugbek – grandson of Amir Temur. Dinner at local chayxana. Overnight in Samarkand.
Early in the morning after breakfast departure to Tashkent (L=300km; T=4h (fast train “Afrasiyab” 07:30 am.) Arrival to Tashkent. Hotel check-in. We start our city tour from old part of Tashkent by visiting Khast-Imam’s famous mosque and Museum of the Holy Qur’an of Hazrat Usman Gani (RA), Tillya-Sheykh Mosque, Madrasah of Barak-Khan, Mausoleum of Hazrat Abu Bakr al-Kaffal-Shoshi (RA. Lunch in Chorsu Bazaar. After rest we visit to Amir Timur Square, Independence Square and Applied Arts Museum. After then Sheykh Zaynuddin Bobo – son of Sheykh Ziya ad-din Djahima Sukhravardi – “sukhraverdiya” tariqat founder. Dinner at local chayxana. Overnight at the hotel.
Breakfast in hotel. Checkout from the hotel at noon. Free time until transfer to Tashkent International Airport. End of the tour.
